The First Program:
1. The certified instructors and pilots, with ratings in India, will screen applicants for basic
knowledge and aptitude.
2. They will coordinate with local banks, the US Consulate, and the DGCA or other
governmental body to streamline the process for all applicants.
3. Our Indian representatives will also assist students with completion oft he flight school
application, assembling of required documents, and submission of the initial fees and
security deposit.
4. One of our representatives will also accompany each group of students on their initial
trip to the United States to assist with flight connections, language barriers, and
acclimation to the new culture.
5. Flight Solution's US representatives will meet the students meet the students at the
airport, provide them transportation to the flight schol/housing, take them to stores to get
their necessities and spend enought time with them to ensure a smooth start at the flight
school.
6. The US representatives will aso work directly witht he flight schools to:
- Coordinate student group arrival/start dates.
- Ensure that initial depositand subsequent dispersals are made on time and for the
correct amount.

4. Currently i use by flight schools throughout Europe

The Deal:
1. With a signed agreement in place, Flight Solutions will begin marketing the flight
school's program in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
2. Students will be sent to the United States in groups of 4 to 5 students.
